Our Customer Reception Desk is located just inside the main entrance. Come up and say "Hello", we’re looking forward to seeing you.

I’m starving, where can I...?
Most of our cafés and restaurants are situated on the 2nd floor, as well as coffee shops and the Food Inc Bar & Café on the ground floor.

Any chance I could watch a brilliant first-run movie?
The Odeon 8-screen multiplex cinema is situated on the 2nd floor. For information regarding bookings and programmes, telephone 08712 244 007.

I need to make a call. Now…
Public telephones can be found on the 2nd floor near the car park entrance/exit.

I really do need to…erm…ahem…you know…
Toilets are situated on the 2nd floor and clearly signed and there’s also a loo with wheelchair access. And, recently, they have been completely refurbished from top to...err...bottom. Restaurant guests will also find toilets in those establishments too.

And I think my baby just has…erm…ahem…you know…
There are baby changing facilities in both the men's and women's toilets. (Pedants please note: You can’t actually swap your sprog but at least the one you have will smell a bit nicer.)

Do you think I look particularly gorgeous today?
Now you mention it! We have two photo booths situated on the 1st floor, next to T Mobile, opposite HMV and Books etc.

Where can I get some cash out?
Halifax Bank and Marks and Spencer ATM dispensing oodles of crisp sterling for all major Debit and Credit Cards – both located on the Ground Floor.

What’s with the big blokes?
“Discretion” is the word but we consider your safety and comfort to be a top priority. The very latest hi-tech security systems have been installed to provide 24 hour CCTV surveillance and a team of Security professionals are on the malls to provide keep things running smoothly and to offer assistance if needs be.

What if I lose stuff?
Come to the Guest Reception Desk or contact us by email – we’ll do our very best.

…and if I need some extra help?
We have a free wheelchair facility for anybody who requires it. Just ask at the Guest Service desk or mail us and we’ll do the rest.
